Do you guarantee publication with your packages?

Publication largely depends on research novelty and quality, and is a subjective decision that is made by the journal editor based on reviewers’ recommendations. Therefore, we cannot guarantee publication. However, we help to improve your chances of getting published through substantial editing and technical review. Please note that technical review is available only with the premium pack or you can hire it as an individual publication support service.

What are the different packages that you offer, and on what basis should I choose your package?

We have three publication support packs;
i) Basic pack: Select this pack if you’re sure of your work but have no time to select the journals, format your manuscript according to the journal guidelines, and complete the submission process.
ii) Standard pack: Select this pack if you need help with editing or correction of your manuscript by an expert prior to submission as well as submitting it to the journal.
iii) Premium pack: Select this pack if you need end-to-end support until your manuscript is accepted for publication (proofing stage).

Will I get a refund if my paper gets rejected?

We issue refunds if any of the services offered do not meet the expectation of the scope of service. The acceptance of a paper is solely up to the discretion of the journal editor. Depending on the service you choose, our experts could advise you on how to avoid rejection.

Do you assist with resubmitting my paper to the same journal or a different journal of my interest if it is rejected by the editor?

Yes, we do. Please note that resubmission support is available only with the premium pack or you can hire it as an individual publication support service.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay for any publication pack in installments. In case you wish to pay in parts, please contact our support team for the best possible resolution. Please note that you will have to complete the full payment before the delivery of all the pack components.
